Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. All shipping fees are non‑refundable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
